NTB (National Tire and Battery) brought in their preferred developer to purchase the site with plans to build a new 7,000+ SF facility. John Hoben of NAI Norwood Group represented the buyer, and  Mike Tamposi represented the seller in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale closed for $1,172,500.

NAI Norwood Group Sells Land in Hooksett NH

Hooksett NH - NAI Norwood Group is pleased to announce the sale 19.66+/- acres of land located at 1227 Hooksett Rd in Hooksett NH. The land was bought by the State of New Hampshire and will be redeveloped to house a National Guard facility. Charles Goss and Mark Dickey of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, Hecht Development, and Karl Norwood assisted in the transaction. According to the registry of deeds the property sold for $750,000 on February 16, 2015.

NAI Norwood Group Sells 10+ Acres in New Hampton

Bedford NH – NAI Norwood Group is pleased to announce the sale of 10.5+/- acres on Packard Drive in New Hampton. John Hoben, Chris Norwood, and Karl Norwood, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the seller, LW Packard & Company, in this transaction. The land sale closed at $142,000 according to the registry of deeds.

According to plans presented to the town, the property will be used for storage of fuel. This transaction represents the last sale in a long project of disposition of over 75 acres over four lots by NAI Norwood Group in New Hampton by a single seller. These parcels are important to small businesses because of their direct access to route 93.
