NAI Norwood Group Sells Former Blue Seal Building in Londonderry

Londonderry, NH – NAI Norwood Group is pleased to announce the sale of the 24,000+/- SF corporate office building at 15 Buttrick Road in Londonderry, NH. Judy Niles-Simmons and Chris Norwood, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the seller, Kent Foods. The buyer, Liberty Utilities, was represented by John Jackman of Jackman Commercial Realty. The sale closed on April 8, 2013 in the amount of $1,800,000 according to the registry of deeds.

Kent Foods constructed the 24,000+/- SF building in 1993. In 2012 they vacated the premises as part of a consolidation. NAI Norwood Group was hired by Kent Foods to sell the building in the fall of 2012. Liberty is purchasing this building for their corporate headquarters and expansion plans.
