Manchester NH – NAI Norwood Group is pleased to announce the lease of 7,000+/- SF of office space for Lutheran Social Services (LSS). Jeanne Butler of NAI Norwood Group represented LSS in the search for their relocation site. Mike Reed of Stebbins represented the landlord. 

LSS will be moving to their new office space on November 1, 2013. LSS is consolidating multiple New Hampshire offices for better coordination between the different divisions. They are relocating from Manchester and Concord and will be occupying the 3rd floor at 340 Granite Street in Manchester. The landlord will deliver a newly renovated space to accommodate the different LSS divisions. 

“This was a difficult assignment as LSS needed to be on a bus line, in Manchester, with parking for 25+, handicap accessible and a tight budget. I was happy that we were able to find a space to fit all of their specific needs,” said Jeanne Butler.

Jeanne Butler, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the lessor, G&G Scully LLC, and their 4,800 SF stand alone, shared retail building located at 370 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH. This was the old Zoot’s dry cleaning location. Jeanne Butler was able to assist Northeast Credit Union in their transaction with G&G Scully LLC, bringing the lease signing to a successful close and giving Northeast Credit Union a brand new location.

“Northeast Credit Union, with its main office in Portsmouth, wanted to open a branch in the Merrimack, in the Daniel Webster Highway area. Their initial lease term is for 5 years with options. This building was the perfect size for them along with great visibility and strong drive-by traffic. The open floor plan with drive up window made it an easy choice” said Butler. Jeanne Butler of NAI Norwood Group Sells Mobile Home Park

Bedford, NH – NAI Norwood Group and Jeanne Butler are pleased to announce the sale of a 12 site mobile home park in Hillsboro, NH. The park is situated on 2.9 acres and also included a cottage, restaurant, tool shop, and craft shop in the sale. This was a great investment for the new owners, Bay Point Realty. Jeanne Butler represented the seller, Bob Ploettner in this transaction. The sale was completed on June 23, 2011 for $230,000.

When asked about the park and transaction Butler had this to say, “although this property had many challenges including a fire a few weeks before closing, the buyer and seller ultimately wanted a sale and were able to come together”. She also noted that Hillsboro and its residents can look forward to a renovation in which new commercial tenants will be added.
