Norton Asset Management represented the seller, C&I Investment Associates.
Aron Brown, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer, Shellback Harbor LLC.
The transaction closed on October 15, 2015 in the amount of $3,500,000 according
to the Registry of Deeds.
The former Fairpoint Communications home
consists of 68,870+/- SF on 9.5+/- acres. Shellback Harbor LLC, formerly based
in Concord NH, will now be doing business as BES&T Global Commissioning, and it
will become their world headquarters.
