by the State of New Hampshire and will be redeveloped to house a National Guard

According to the registry of deeds the property sold for $750,000 on February
16, 2015.
1227 Hooksett Road (aka Route 28) is located next to the Space
Entertainment Center and across from the Cinemagic/IMAX Theater. With close
