Exeter NH – NAI Norwood is pleased to announce Cross Insurance bought and moved to a free standing building on Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter. The 4,000+/- SF building is located at 82 Portsmouth Ave. John Mueller, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the buyer, Cross Realty, LLC, who will operate Cross Insurance in the new location .  Jean Kane represented the seller.

The buyer had worked with the Mueller for a couple of years, looking for the perfect opportunity to purchase a high profile location on Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter.  Located since 1894 in the historic center of Exeter, with roots as the DeMeritt Agency, Cross Insurance believes that the improved visibility, convenient on-site parking and easy access to Route 101 will make it easier to serve and satisfy their customers.  Current plans call for a move-in date of Mid May, 2014, at which time the community will be invited to experience their new, bright and modern offices.
