Northwood, NH - Brian O'Brien, RPA, Managing Broker and Chris McMahon, Sales and Leasing of NAI Norwood Group's Portsmouth NH office represented the Seller, Lakeview Antique Center, LLC in the July 27, 2011 sale of a 5,679 +/- SF retail property on US Route 4. The sale price of $353,000 represents a per square foot value of $62.
The lakeview property, with significant frontage on US Route 4, has been
used as an antique store since early 2000 until the recent sale to Maize &
Blue, LLC. The new owner has plans to renovate the property and convert into
medical office space for Northwood Family Dental with additional space on the
