This industrial property consists of a 50,000 SF state of the art manufacturing facility inclusive of 8,270 SF of office space and sits on 10.14 acres. This well located facility was sold on March 31, 3011 for $2,200,000.
Karl Norwood, Joe Mendola and Todd Norwood of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, Business Finance Authority. Michael Gagne of the Bean Group represented the Buyer. Authentic Trends Company, Inc, a coffee and tea manufacturer and distributor, purchased the Industrial Drive building and is currently running their operations from this location.
