at $142,000 according to the registry of deeds.
According to plans presented to the
town, the property will be used for storage of fuel. This transaction
represents the last sale in a long project of disposition of over 75 acres over
four lots by NAI Norwood Group in New Hampton by a single seller. These parcels
are important to small businesses because of their direct access to route 93.
