Joseph Mendola of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller as well as assisted the buyer in this transaction. Mr. Mendola is also the New England representative for the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, which has the largest number of listings of self storage properties in the US.

North Star Self Storage is an acquisition that will allow the buyer to service the Greater New London-Sunapee market with the same professional service it has afforded its customers in the Dartmouth region of NH. The buyer plans to update this facility and re brand it with its own brand that has served its customers well over the years.
